A: Because we are a custom marketing company and we have been in business Since 1998, we have only published a few of our basic designs for inspiration. Through the years we have created a wide variety of marketing materials, from 100,000 posters to 40' high signage. Just call or email us if you would like us to quote on anything challenging.

A: Gang runs are times when we have many smaller orders of the same colour and paper stock that we are able to place on a larger print run all together, or "Ganged up". This enables us to lower the cost of production of each of the smaller orders.

We like to pass the opportunity on to our clients by notifying them that there is a certain gang run taking place and there may be an opportunity to make an order and save money.

A: We are located in Burlington, Ontario. Our orders are all F.O.B. Oakville, Burlington, Milton. Shipping is available to all other areas throughout Ontario for additional cost.

A: Once you contact us you recieve hands on service to complete your order. This is when we can clarify all those types of details. If you would like to let us know ahead of time, simply add all the names and info in the additional details section on the order form, and we will call or email you to confirm before processing.

A: Aqueous coatings are water soluble coatings that are applied over the printed material to protect the finish, bring out the vibrance of the colours, and reduce smudges and fingerprints from any handling. Aqueous coatings are most commonly used in high quality products.

A: All our standard orders require 5 business days after final proofing for completion. Some products, depending on the timing, can be turned around as quickly as 2 business days from initial order. We can give you an close estimate as soon as you send in your order.

A: Any quantity is possible for any given product. However, we only publish the prices for quantities that make sense. For example, sometimes the pricing we have sourced for a certain quantity is so inexpensive that ordering any less would result in the same total price due to set-up fees etc.
